    Bristol City have had a 400k offer to loan Billy Sharp for the season accepted - with view to a permanent move also part of the deal. The potential move is now in Sharp's agent's and the club's officials' hands.

    depends on who the striker is

    If Billy Sharpe or Marlon Pack
    It would be Sharpe by a mile

    But I hope we could afford a new forward and Pack
    If we need more funds the club should push season tickets more and try and sell another 1000 this week

    Why not both. The figure for pack is less than a loan anyway.

    8000 season tickets sold. The club needs to repay that faith from the fans and bring in decent players if available.

    Billy Sharp??? why oh why would we want him? he's only averaged about a goal every 2.2+ games!!! during his career.
    Bring it on! If it's true snatch his hand off in fact both as long as his head and feet are intact. A proven goalscorer would be a godsend at the gate.

    As I said before it is unlikely but then we said that before about David James Jay E Thomas perhaps Billy Sharp I'm not going to hold my breath but if it happens you'll hear my yell of delight in Bristol where ever I happen to be London or Blackpool.
