I regret that this has all happened. I have also just learned some news that explains part of it and am sad about that..
As others have said this is a football forum and people like me should be less sensitive. We will never get on with everyone but that does not excuse some of our behaviour. For what it is worth I have nobody on ignore and never have had.
I know the mods have been working behind the scenes and also that they do try to be fair to all.
However I am sure that until we have modding that just deletes stupid posts like some of mine the board will be unpleasant at times and will stop people looking at threads that could be interesting.
I will stay on till Wednesday and then go. Cheers all.

Leo is right when he says that the light style of moderation that he used has not been changed because it actually works. I doubt that in other places that it would, but here there have been plenty who never need to be moderated, in fact most of the time moderators are not required. Yes there have been plenty of messages sent over the last few days, but they have been used to try and reconcile, not take sides. There are a few things that we have to do to guard the whole site, but that has never been a problem on here. I do not like it when people feel that their view is worth less than that of someone else. We come from a very wide range of backgrounds and naturally that will have helped to form our opinions, but in my view to consider what others believe can be rewarding. No one needs to leave because of the last few days. It blew up quickly, but it can disappear equally as quickly.

What was the cause of the fluid? Have they said, or do you know? Funny, it would seem, to be interested in this, but I’ve just torn my meniscus again having had it operated on a couple of times previously. A friend wasn’t well and was falling, I caught him but he must weigh three stone more than me and on the way down I felt it tear. Not hurting at the mo’ but it’s gonna get nasty at some point.

Well if Arsenal don't feel under pressure now they must have hearts of ice. Chelsea would have to drop 10 points for them to finish 5th and in 4 days time they play a game that is the only silverware they have a hope of.Bring it on :emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp

Sitting in the kitchen dunking my churros in my coffee. Not raining at the moment but cloudy and a strong wind building. While we are in one of the windiest parts of Europe I do hope we do not get a repeat of the tornado that past through a week or so ago.

And if it stops raining Monday or Tuesday hopefully the guys will come and fix the hole in the roof. The bubbly kitchen ceiling has already lost its novelty factor :emoticon-0138-think

But more important things today. Less than fours hours to go and the excitment and anticipation build. Enjoy one and all. C'mon u'orns <cheers>

ps: Spoke too soon. It is chucking it down, the gutter is doing a niagara impression, the whole place lights up, then the thunder sounds like an atomic bomb has been dropped, and the wind is howling like a demented banschee <doh> Last thunder makes me spill my coffee. Maybe a war has started??? Just hope the electricity and internet remain functional for the next few hours .

Blue skies clouding over though Leafy Bucks and into Herts... on my way to the match, the further SSE travelled the heavier the cloud. Sun now only just breaking through...

Lovely warm sunny morning in rural France. Will be out and about until match time, although I might need the wellies to get along the green lane that leads to my fields.

Yup weird how the human mind words. It was like after watching England's second RU defeat it seemed important for a while, then it drifts into total irrelevance. Temporal? But then I guess everything and everyone is temporal. Funny old world

Anyway sounds like the weather will not get in the way of the match. Enjoy hornet-fez, I get the feeling you will be entertained one way or the other :emoticon-0142-happy
