Morning all from another warm day in rural France. Still plenty on things to do before my travels begin. I can see why some do not bother to go away with the preparation before hand, and the catching up to do on their return. Still I will no doubt find time to slump in front of my computer at 5.00 pm this afternoon. A good display should give me renewed energy.
Lovely morning here. Shade and chairs are out in the garden, Prosecco is in the fridge, food is already prepared and guests are on their way. Might sneak inside now and again to catch up with the score...
Morning all from a humid Jersey. We could do with a thunderstorm, but not until this evening. It is Liberation Day here (WWII was over for the Channel Islands the day after VE Day) and we have it as a Public Holiday. There are various parades taking place - military, Scouting, veterans plus all sorts of entertainment.
Afternoon all from a hot and humid Bandit Country - a big crash on the M1 this morning meant it took 4 hours to get home compared to the 2.5 hours it took to get to Liverpool yesterday! I think that I will take a blast at the gym to blow away the cobwebs and the driving stiffness!

LOvely day yesterday apart from the hurricane,hope its moved on now. It was fun pressure washing the patio, not. Would not mind losing tonight Dave if it meant Norwich staying up instead of Sund. But I guess we should be professional out of fairness. Good luck whatever happens.
