    Yes lots of rivers and lakes open countryside .Still getting the odd day in the 70s (400 miles north of Florida) and the people here like the brits , cheap place to live .The big problem it is the US with there gun laws .

    Lovely day in rural France and the cost of a litre of diesel has now fallen to £0.65. 18 months ago the price for a barrel of oil was $115 and today $36. I wonder if some Scots are relieved that they didn't vote to go it alone?

    Don't start that one Frenchie - last I heard they claimed oil was just a bonus and they were self sufficient without - as if.

    I just payed 1.05 some people have all the luck !!! Thats petrol and it was per gallon LOL

    no I converted it to pounds . I payed 1.62 dollars to the gallon

    Well there are 4.5litres to the gallon here so not much different then:emoticon-0102-bigsm (not that American gallons are quite the same as ours)
