Good morning all from a dry but dull Weston-super-Mare! Have a good day and I hope you come back from Charlton with all 3 points!
Morning from a brightening bandit country. Been a busy hornet already this morning. Dropped Little Miss W_Y at the station at 6 as she is working at the Arsenal game today, then did Tesco. Just had 40 winks and now getting ready for a fun filled day in Sarf Lundun - all aboard the beer train at 10.30....
A gorgeous Spring day in Christchurch. The sun is shining, the temperature is rising, and the trees are full of blossom. Summer is on its way. Shame I have to work!

Morning all, a bright and sunny day in rural France with a high of 26°C expected. The news today over here is full of anger as it is the last day to pay your income tax bill for last year without incurring a 10% penalty. It is not funny when you read of 85 year olds who have never been asked to pay tax in their life now having to find €350. One comment did make me chuckle. "I am going to sell my dentures as I can no longer afford meat." The problem is that Hollande wishes to stimulate the economy, but is taking away the means of doing so.
What a splendid idea. To take part in any sporting event you have to obtain a medical certificate to say you are unlikely to die while taking part. You might well need a check up after the event in this case.
I could certainly do a leg of that marathon with the necessary sustenance! Incidentally we had a lot of grapes this time..
