Having a couple of coffees and then off to the game. In the posh seats today for a change, looking forward to it. She’s driving back as well so I might even have a couple of scoops, whooohooo.

Yeah we’ve got 3 season tickets, me, her and my lad, who’s over in Liverpool anyway. She loves football as much as I do which is fortunate

 

has she always or did you convert her?

 

No, she’s always loved the game, her old man was a decent coach and a Boro stalwart. Before I met her she lived in Liverpool for a few years and got to like Everton - we’re infectious. Then when I met her she was more than happy to come with me, we’ve been all over, she’s my best mate as well as my Mrs, love her to bits mate.

 

I get you though Mrs luv is my best friend, does help that she likes footy.

No proper football fan changes allegiances.

My missus hates football.

 

She never really had an allegiance. She used to go to Boro sometimes with her old man, but they didn’t live there, he was just originally from there.

It defo helps seeing as I’ll watch any game that’s on, if she didn’t like footie I’d never see her.

 

Fair enough.

I put a TV in the bedroom, so when sport is on, she disappears to Netflix.

 

Don’t forget to fill up with fuel mate.
