I had the proper flu a few years ago. If you’re not knocked ****ing sideways for a few days (about ten in my case) then it isn’t the flu. By knocked ****ing sideways I mean can’t get out of bed, can’t eat, can’t stay awake for very long. It was horrible.
Found a 1/3 bottle of some spiced rum or other when looking for the cooking brandy. Having a very tasty rum and coke over loads of ice while eating some 85% cocoa dark chocolate. Also found a full bottle of Absolut red berry I didn't know I had. Or even existed.
I recommend the man in the high castle, but you need to watch it from the start (I think its series 3 now?)
Honestly, look at the state of this pair of knobheads. That they are two of our most reliably good players makes everything doubly depressing!
Looking online what to buy the Mrs for Xmas, she’s getting cash so she can ****off shopping so don’t need anything big, but can’t let the poor girl wake up to an empty stocking.
Anybody on here have a birthday in the run up to Xmas? I always feel sorry for people born near Xmas for when they were kids. Two pieces of coal in such a short time frame.
I'm at my parents house caring for my dad and they've only gone and got one of those TV units. Not entirely sure how this white man's magic glowing box works tbh, so any brother out there who can tell me how I can watch some decent flicks ? It's got internet on it, so presumably I can tap into some vault of achived films ? Would like to watch O Brother Where art Thou or any Coen Brother flick really.
