Two storey with one sea facing full length glass wall. Retractable automated sun shade Three double bedrooms. L shaped living space . Roof level Patio/ free form pool with integral jacuzzi and bubble bed (whatever that is). Sounds as though they will have permissions and building will begin in March. Hope to get use it before Christmas. Mrs Glory is going to spend the summer in Spain overseeing things.

I would seriously look into planning permission believe me I have bought and sold over 20 flats in Mallorca and I did all my legal work not just buying but selling as well and I know for a fact that around the Valencia region Villas were built with no planning permission and have lost them when the authorities found out In Mallorca about 15 years ago they built 4 blocks of appartments in Son Caliu but got planning for 3 and the mayoress got a penthouse given as a backhander What happens when you buy a flat without planning you have no deeds therefore you pay no rates .You can only sell for cash as the bank will not give a loan on property that doesn't exist So caveat emptor trom someone who knows a lot more than you on these matters

Please don’t patronise me.. I know all about the Spanish practices in property deals. I have a number of very good people taking care of my affairs. Unlike you I don’t profess to be an expert on things I arnt so always take professional advice either backed by family, years of friendship or professional body. The land already has what would be a perfectly good planning consent but we want to amend the design to give a more modern and user friendly feel to it but won’t be increasing the build footprint or height. 95%+ likely to get approved in the next four weeks.
