    Good Morning Everyone,

Doesn't it make a difference coming from behind and winning!!!

Too many times we have seen it happen to ourselves, but on Saturday Reading (and McDermott) were on the receiving end.

Not only did we come from behind but we scored 3 goals in one half?

Did anybody have a sneaky bet on Leeds when went went one down?

What will mean progress for Leeds Utd this season?

    a) Nothing - too late

    b) Not getting relegated

    c) Finishing top half.

I think if we went out and signed two decent centre half's, a really good attacking midfielder, and a big money 23-24 goal a season striker to play along side Wood we are certainly play off material.

    Thoughts?

Has Evans earned a shot at being in charge next season, or would you look elsewhere?

    Morning all...

I would extend Evans contract because....

We are a bit of a joke to the outside world, not us but Cellino. Who decent would be willing to take over? Nobody even half decent would be willing to work under the clown.

Evans knows this division, arguably the two better players this season were Evans signings, give him full backing and give it another season.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN - Cellino will allow Evans contract to expire, we will be told Cook is too greedy and he will be sold. A new foreign coach will come in, we will sign 3-4 players on loan with the "keep fans happy" option to buy thrown in.

    Morning ristac,

I think Evans has earned the chance to manage us next season.

If we spent some big money on a central defender and a forward, then a slightly lesser amount on a second central defender (someone like an Ian Harte, who during our time was a left back, then converted to a centre back during his latter years).

I don't think Cooper should lead us next season. We need someone tough, both mentally and physically, like a Joey Barton, but a few years younger.

Morning all. Can we have more of these little protests please. Weve won both days theyve been staged. Who knows, maybe they get the players fired up, if no one else. Leicester got a last minute draw too with their never say die attitude. I know shaks was watching but hell never admit it

Evans will give us our best final league position since Grayson and will beat final points tally since Grayson. Oh so we sack him, Cellino is a fool and not fit to be owner of our club. Telegraph interview says he can't work with English managers and Evans can't keep his mouth shut and talks too much. Amazing that BMcD and Warnock are yet again proving that if they were supported and and allowed to do their jobs we just might be fighting for promotion. Whatever Rotherham paid Warnock has already been money well spent as current form sees them in the top 3, and he's saved them from relegation in 9 matches. Grayson doing an outstanding job as usual with no cash, so whatever coach Cellino brings in will do zero unless he is backed properly. Classic case in point Villa, the best they had was sacked and it went downhill from there and shows how much of a good job he was doing with his kids and no money. He's also now got Wigan promoted.

Cellino if you dont sell the club you are at last chance saloon. We need stability and cash

    Morning all

Give Evans an extension and free reign on who he can get players wise.and give him to Christmas if we are failing then let's move on to the next one.

Finishing top half of the table is good for me. To be in the highest position for 5 years is a giant relief. You just hope it up, up, up.

On Villa, the problem with Villa is Lerner. He couldn't give a crap about the club anymore. We has admitted he wants rid of the club and he barely put money in, if any. Agreed with Doc they got rid of their best manager but I've got a few friends who are Villa fans and they were calling for Lambert's blood. I really hope the Villa regret it now.

On Grayson going to Villa as manager... depends if he wants to move down south. Preston to Villa is a good step up for him but he has only managed clubs in the North

Morning Eire, I take it Vardy will be suspended for 3 matches following his red card. If Spurs win tonight, it can still go down to the wire...

Morning all, for me, this is the bottom line pretty much regardless of which watermelon Cellino purchases next. I love stats and one thing I have noticed over the last several seasons is that you don't get in the play-offs without a goal difference of around +20...and that's just bare minimum to scrape into the top 6.

So where are we....around -8/9 last time I looked. So the question is how do we turn around a 30 goal difference and it's exactly as Elland and several others have suggested. We need two good Centre Half's who don't make the 10 bloopers that Bellusci and Co make every season. Then we need that 20 goal striker....but he needs the service from a good midfielder....we just don't create enough consistently as our shots on goal shows. So it's not rocket science, we know what's needed. I suppose the question is how much is 4 quality players like above going to cost? 12-15 million? Will Cellino sanction that sort of spend? I doubt it if I am honest based on what he has done so far.

Morning Doc, the only person I'd want to replace Evans with would be Grayson, though I think Evans would make better signings if he was given adequate amount of monies to spend.

Evans can relax then as he's not English. Also, Warnock was before Cellino's time, but even so made the decision to swap our leading scorer for Morison <doh>

As for McDermott we played the worse football I've ever seen Leeds play with him in charge, hopeless manager, deserved the sack, but wasn't appointed by Cellino anyway
