Leeds United look to have captured the loan signing of Cardiff City's Tom Adeyemi but now it is now being reported they also have the option of making that deal permanent next summer for just £1m.

Manchester United legend and former Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer described the player like this when he signed him:

He's going to be a top, top player for us. He's a box to box midfielder and can attack and defend. He wins the ball really well for us, switches the play and scores goals as well.

A £1m fee would turn a profit on the £750,000 the Bluebirds spent on him last summer but Uwe Rosler knows the player well from their time together at Brentford, and hopes that this season he'll prove he's worth the investment next summer.

100% agree,played well against huddersfield first home game then looked unfit and unable to influence a game from the middle of the park,touch wasn't to great either and as said above we've better options ahead of him so makes sense to get him off the wage bill,

 

Always going to get that. Didn't you bitterly say the same about Chris Wood when we signed him

Look at what many fans said about players like Lees and Bruce yet for their new clubs they shone... I'm not excited about Adeyemi but he is only on loan, we have options so a no lose gamble that might just pay off.

 

Most Cardiff fans are very annoyed that he is leaving. Just because TC spent an hour searching for one that didn't doesn't mean much.
