Cagliari Owner Only Advising On Leeds United Takeover

please log in to view this image
After reports that he could be interested in purchasing English clubLeeds United, Cagliari presidentMassimo Cellino has confirmed to the media that although he is talking with club officials he is purely an adviser to the interested buyers.

With some past legal problems also making it difficult for the 56-year-old to purchase the club himself he remains in England while negotiations continue, insisting that he is proud that he has been asked to assistance the consortium with the takeover.
“We are talking, checking the numbers, but I’m not a buyer, if anything, an adviser to the buyers,” Cellino told Tuttomercatoweb.
“I’m proud that this consortium has contacted me, we talked with Leeds, and are like friends.
“They have great fans, are looking to become a top team, no doubt.”

That's either untrue or he has been told he hasn't passed the fit and proper persons test. No way is He over here taking photos of ER just saying Si here and there. We really are credited with been a thick as pig ****. Just cos JB gets away with bs at Deptford ladies.

For every one of those articles saying he's not involved there re as many or more saying he is, so take you're pick. But as GH says, he must have little to do taking photos of Elland Road even though its far more impressive than the kip his current lot play out of

On this occasion, Cellino confirms that he just an adviser though. Straight from the horses (head on da pillow) mouth...

I wonder whether as Glory said, he didn't pass the fit and proper test and whether the rumours regarding Cesar, and McDermott being replaced filter away

It will always be a comparative fooking though won't it.
No matter what happens, we will always be bigger and better than the Deptford Wives.

Glory, aas things stand, The Cosa Nostra Don says he's not here as part of the consortium. He's just and adviser. So unless you have hard evidence that would stand up to closer scrutiny, let's let sleeping dogs lye until we hear to the contrary.

In that case show me evidence of any TO.
What a ridiculous statement, we can only discuss the bits you want, don't think so.

Don Corleone lives in Miami and only comes to Europe a few times each year and thats to visit Sardinia. Once in a while he comes to England but rarely and only if he's being paid a shed load of cash or is involved in buying something. Therefore I think we can say he isn't advising unless getting a chunk of cash. He's investing a quarter of the cash required because GFH Capital raised the price because Sports capital couldn't complete within the exclusivity pweriod. Haighs team ran out of cash so contacted the Don (Must have been always there for the future, slimy fooker Haigh) The Don says ok I'll have some of that and uses his son as a director. He may have decided the deal isn't worth it with Haigh and his chancers and gone home

Boggers want proofs so don't be posting that sort of stuff.

Alternatively fat tony was invited over by Haigh as an advisor and thought feck the fat Tory he needs my money but I don't need his, so why don't I just buy the whole thing.

Boggers if you don't want read it, then ignore it... Simples
