It's good. If he knows them well, they'll have great communication, and they'll have a great understanding of each other. I'm feeling very positive still! (something must be wrong with me lol)
I think it's a good thing. The previous people were Malky's men, so you don't know how they would react taking orders from someone else. Sean will want to brng in men he knows, who he trusts, and who he thinks will do a job for him, the team and the club! Hopefully he is on the look out for someone to replace Collinge, but the fact we still have the sports scientist guy is a good thing... he has a lot to do with the fitness and match preperation of the players!
As far as I can make out, Woan and Loughlan's biggest claims to fame are the fact that they worked with a bloke called Brian. Now I can only think of two truly famous blokes called Brian. One nearly did in a couple of months something that Peter Ridsdale needed several years to pull off. The other was crucified.
Thai Norwich havent got an LB a creative midfielder and a striker going spare that they can loan us on the cheap have they?!
Creative midfielder and striker - I would have though we some to spare, currently we seem to be blessed with them. Cody McDonald, who scored so many for Gillingham last season is back and I doubt he will play for us next season. Then there is Korey Smith in midfield, another we have hardly seen play. I think the definition of cheap might be a problem though
