  1. Garry Monk is the future of Swansea City and we should stick by him, even if relegated.

  2. If we're in the bottom 3 at Easter, he should be replaced in an attempt to stay up.

I agree with your post Roof that keeping Monk to see how the Bournemouth game goes is a waste of time even though it's the most popular choice here. It will prove nothing at all regardless of the result. If the decision has been made to keep him I can see some logic in giving him until Christmas but to be honest I wouldn't even give him that.

You have to wonder whether GM is keeping his job because he is British and has been at our club for so long that the board are giving him a bit more time. I cant help but think if this had been any manager before him he would have been gone by now. Huw there is no room for sentiment in this game the future of our club is at stake. Act now before it is to late and you have allowed for the hole to have been dug to deep.

It's obvious , for whatever reason , that Monk has dodged his way through this so I've changed my vote to giving him till the end of Dec..
We may look back at this fork in the road with regret , but I hope not.

The dressing room have let it be known that they are irritated their manager takes too much credit when Swansea win. When they lose, the complaint is that he is too quick to move the blame on to the players. - Daily Fail

Why do I think that's just a lazy journalist who's picked up on Monk's post-match comments, Phil?
