What, are we working on the theory that Pardew was responsible for transfers now ?

Close this deal, offload Willo and Gouff then buy a CB and loan another CB in and even Panthero will have to unzip Mike's dribble stained fly to celebrate a great window.
Satan will also be asking for Turkey Toon's phone number no doubt.

    He was responsible for eveything.
    Including Lucy Beale's demise.
**** it... He also caused me to pull my back out a few weeks ago leading to sustained pain killer consumption.

    This is rehab GLITF.
After the painful trauma he said get some rest.
The Turkish pharmacies are mint though. I tweaked my back diving into the pool after a ball and went to the pharmacist to ask for some Naproxen and Codeine (forgot mine) so he handed me some anti inflamatories that made the Naproxen 'look like fairy', charged me 10 TL (£2.20) and they are mint ... May stock up on them when I pick up JPF's Viagra order. :)
I'm sat here in a comfy position under doctors orders still though... It's important to let the body recover properly...

I think I've got a ticket off a Turkish mate for the Besiktas v Fenerbache game on 27/9 (obi scribbles my wife's availability down) he's trying to sort for me with him in the away end. Should be a lively affair that one. First time in Istanbul. And straight into a derby. Cannot wait if he manages to pull it off.

I'm less than excited by Thauvin signing, especially seeing as we are moving Cabella out as part of the deal. Thauvin isn't even regarded as being that great by French experts. He's meant to be pacy and a good dribbler, but his crossing, passing and finishing are all mentioned as weaknesses in his game. Sounds like he might be frustrating to watch.

He's a toon player so we might as well get excited and wish him the best. One left back and its as good a window as we could expect, given the disappointment of Colo getting a new deal.

No, there is no genuine excitement in supporting Newcastle anymore. Glimmers at most, faint stirrings of the embers of the enthusiasm which used to exist. Thauvin isn't even doing that for me. Our need for a quality CB and LB is too acute, their procurement too unlikely, and the reports on Thauvin himself too lukewarm.
