Usually for all domestic competition I believe. Sometimes players have got a 5th booking for example to miss a cup game. Hopefully we’ll have enough against Southampton and obviously Fleetwood. He loves a goal at home to Liverpool so will be a huge miss

Yh rules changed this year to avoid players getting deliberate suspensions to stop them missing cup games when half the time they wouldnt have played anyway

Vardy is suspended for 3 Premier League games

Kelechi Iheanacho looked the business in pre season and yet to really get his chance as the main man for us. Now is his chance

Next week should be the same starting line up just swapping Iheanacho for Vardy and putting Shinji on the bench

According to the mercury straight reds means the suspension is 3 consecutive game meaning he will miss Southampton, Fleetwood and Liverpool. Vardy has a great record against Liverpool

Shame but its time for Iheanacho to should his undoubted potential

We seem to be shifting towards a method of football that suits Iheanachos game, seems great at finding space in the box, but am concerned about his pace for the occasional through ball.
