After destroying Ipwich 6-0 at the King Power Stadium earlier in the season they will want to prove a point. Ipswich's tormentor for years David Nugent is "touch and go" of playing according to Craig Shakespeare. Other then Nugent there is no injury concerns. The convincing win over Blackburn should see the same team so here is what I would play

    Schmeichel

    De Laet
    Morgan
    Keane
    Konchesky

    Marshall
    King
    Drinkwater
    Knockaert

    Kane
    Wood

Subs- Logan, Whitbread, Wellens, Dyer, Gallagher, Waghorn, Nugent

    Pretty happy with that.

Nice to have a decent option on the bench, if things aren't going well, we have Nugent to bring on.

Like you say though, they will be up for it to prove a point.

Going to be a tough game!

Spot on with the team - be surprised if any changes made. Ipswich will be up for it but confidence will be high and I can see us edging it

Ipswich Town 0 Leicester City 2

Hull City 2 Birmingham City 0

Both our teams should win on Saturday.

We might get a decent result so long as Nugent doesn't play!

If you're making the journey down (don't blame you if you're not with our prices <yikes>) then I wouldn't expect a thriller on any level.

For anyone who thinks our confidence is high, I can say with almost certainty that it is not. We have had a good run but have decided that the route to take now is to be hard to beat. We are a very resolute and dogged side and in a 442 battle we will more than likely keep you at bay for 90 minutes..

Our philosophy has been (in the past couple of matches) to park the bus so I can't see there being many goals, in fact I would say that this game has got 0-0 written all over it but I would say that if anyone wins it'll be a win to the foxes.. but it certainly won't be pretty regardless of the result

Can you keep Wood and Nuge (or Kane) out for 90 minutes?

    I'd say you can't.

Very interesting. Historically we've struggled to break teams down who take the 'park the bus' attitude and almost always lose via the opposition's one and only shot on target.

I never relish Leicester's trips to Portman Road. Don't know whether it's just the snow calamity a couple of years back but I rarely feel good about away days in Ipswich. All in all, I'd kill for a fugly 1-0 win on Saturday. Ideally, we need at least 7 points from the next 3 games to give us the momentum going into the crunch game vs Cardiff.

Earlier in the season Chris Wood was a spectator when he was playing for an in form Millwall against us. Obviously different team, different day but his mate and fellow countryman Tommy Smith has been a rock at the back for us and I fancy he'll have him in his pocket again....

McCarthy has set us up as being very hard to beat, you'll struggle to find many more hardworking sides and we will do the basics first and be bloody frustrating to play against.... unless you score early (cue you beating us comfortably again)

I'll be travelling down there any decent pubs that allow away fans in preferably near to the railway station.
