As soon as Lokeren scored, you could see that the players on the pitch just deflated. Lokeren took five minutes to see that they could actually win the game and then got the wind in their sails. One of the key things about Bruce is that he seems to have this annoying thing about 'fairness' to certain players. Meyler was absolutley God awful last night, anybody else would've hauled him off on 50 minutes as the game simply passed him by, but we waited until there was just 15 minutes left to replace him. Brucey seems to wait ages to change a game, we saw it against Trencin; despite the fact that we were 1-0 down, the same 'this really isn't working' team was left to try and undo the mess they'd made. As soon as they scored, we should've brought Ince and Jelavic on and gone for it, not waited to see if the same team that'd been ineffective could salvage the match (and justify his team selection).
