Good to see Jakupovic recognised in Crooks TOW for that fantastic save from Sigurdsson and an all-round steady performance. Huddlestone made it too. Surprised Davies got overlooked. His battle with Ibra on Saturday should be epic.
Good that Thud gets some national recognition even though on our own MoM threads he's not voted as our top midfielder.
His giving the ball away twice at the end outside his own area definitely blotted his performance for me.

As surprised as I am to find myself in the team of the week (I play through the middle for a start, swap me with Boyd), it's good to see Thudd and Davies get some recognition.
Davies was mountainous on Saturday but I found the waving around of his captain's armband at the end a bit cheapening and unnecessary. I know he was making a point to Peter Swan but... FFS it's only Peter Swan!

What more does Curtis have to do to make the England squad. This season he (and Jake) have blanked Vardy and Ibra, been a dominant factor on our attacking set pieces, and made every TOW from numerous sources. I agree Smalling has improved over the past 2-3 seasons but I'd pick Curtis performances and strong leadership every time. Hope Sam isnt another Woy!!
