    Fair enough. I personally feel the other way, Ranger got involved with a bad crowd as a child and was part of a gang that held up somewhere, Barton kicked the **** out of someone as a grown man. Both were influenced by outside factors, peer pressure with Ranger, booze with Barton, but without seeing details of Rangers offense I see Bartons as much less forgivable given his situation.

    The American system is bollocks, look at O J Simpson found not guilty, Chris Brown what happened to him for assaulting Rihanna, Eminem got away with assaulting his Mrs. These incidents with Barton and Ranger happened more than 3 years ago.
