So after last week playing so well and then throwing it all away at the end thanks to a **** referee what would people do tommorow. Some rumours say were closing in on Nicky Maynard so that might force some of out strikers to book their ideas up and do something. Kasper Schmeichel is available again after suspension and you would have to a brave man to bet against him not coming back into the team as Chris Weale hasnt exactly covered himself in glory the past week. We look alot better as a 442 and at home with us struggling to score goals I want us to continue with 442. So here is my team for tommorow Schmeichel Pantsil Mills Bamba Konchesky Fernandes Wellens King Danns Vassell Nugent Subs- Weale, St. Ledger, Gallagher, Dyer, Schlupp I going for a 3-1 win with King, Nugent and Vassell getting the goals
You'd have Pantsil over Peltier and not have Peltier on the bench - I agree with your team except for peltier
From what i have seen so far from Peltier and Pantsil I prefer Pantsil. He looks better going forward and more assured at the back. We need to give Peltier time to settle in as we have to remember he has came from League 1
Yeah, how old is Pelts? Perhaps after a year or two he'll be matured into a 'Naughton'. At the moment I prefer Pantsil but remember he is 30 so Pelts will probably be his replacement
If we get promoted I would like us to go back in for Naughton and if that means either Pantsil or Peltier have to leave so be it
Agree the team should remain the same. Midfield looked very good against trees so hopefully sven doesnt change things.
Schmeichel Peltier Mills Bamba Konchesky Fernandes Wellens King Danns Nugent Gallagher. not fussed at all between paintsil and peltier- both very competant- the game will not be won or lost between the choice of the RBs we have and if it is then boy we have problems!!
to clarify before i get shouted at, im not saying that RB isnt an important position, as it is, look when we had neilson, just that both do a very similar job with little difference between them!!
I don't know why we wouldn't place the same team as against Forest. The first half at the City Ground was our best performance of the season so far. Don't think we have a better option than Vassell up front at the moment...hence the desperate need for a striker! I go along with Proud exactly, even down to the score prediction!
Same as Forest. Midfield must know their roles and play them right though, we mustn't be too defensive or have large gaps with no Leicester players in, and each man needs to be doing a job as part of a unit. It is essential than we win the midfield battle and once we've done that we must be able to create.
