It seems that this thread has drifted slightly awry and morphed into 'Is SWP **** or not?' If you want to stick up a dedicated SWP thread or poll then please do so. I'm blaming Beth for this. Consider this a yellow card Beth for drifting off topic.
Poor StanleyPB won't have a clue what our best side is for tomorrow if we don't get back to discussing the starting eleven. ;)

    -------------------Green-------------------
    Simpson-------Dunne-------Onuoha---Traore
    Barton-------Henry-----Oneill---------Hoilett
    ---------------Austin---Johnson------------

Not my choice of formation, but no point going over that again.

That's what I'd go with Col,but in a 4-5-1 with Barton moving inside and AJ on the right. I think it's essential to have three strong bodies in the middle when we haven't got the ball against this lot. Especially as Leeds lack width, they will try to play through the middle. This of course will change to a 4-3-3 with the ball and I'd like to see O'Neil as the more advanced of the three Mf's, he's capable of banging a few in with some late runs into and around the box.

I'd play three in the centre too mate, but Harry loves his 4-4-2.

Well I hope Harry's done his homework. Leeds will run right through us if we only play two in the middle.

I think that Barton and Henry will cope with their centre midfield. Same team that Rangercol said, but O'Neil and Barton switched.

I'll put a word in for you Beth. Bloody over-zealous refs, eh!

    swp is sh*te
suk yun is sh*te - only seen him this week though but doesn't look up to it
2 players down the left who cant pass or run left and only ever look inside
no wonder ale couldn't gets going he need traore
clint too slow though we love him and I think he has done alright on the left this season but is due a roasting from someone quick- west brom style
so traore down the left despite his poor errors in our first game
we've all gone very quiet on o'neill
he was a god after 15 minutes but we have all cooled since

in answer to the swp jeers midweek we did it because
    1. his shot in the first half was 25 metres wide
    2. his shot in the 2nd half was mid of the goal and mid height
By coincidence I own 6857 season tickets and for that money I'd like to him shoot with the f*cking ball at this f*cking feet and not 2 f*cking feet behind/underneath him as he hasn't f*cking controlled the f*cking thing properly

I've said this before and got away with it so I'll push my luck, the reason that SWP went down the wing to create that goal was that he mis-controlled the ball and that was the direction it ran; I had the perfect view of it. I hoped it would encourage him to go down the wing again, but it didn't.

In his defence he is on the wrong wing, and he did produce the two great moments of gallows humour against Swindon. The first being when he broke from midfield, laid the ball out left to Zamora and then collapsed in a heap with no opponent anywhere near him leaving Zamora to blast the ball into the upper tier of the school end. The second being when Sharif stupidly played him in onto a one on one with their keeper. As the ball was beautifully played through we all rose in the Upper Loft, on seeing that it was Wright-Phillips several of us sat down again before he shot straight as the keeper!
