After a comfortable win over Peterborough the team will probably stay the same for Charlton. I heard Matty James wasnt feeling well thats why he came off and with Andy King coming on and scoring should James not feel 100% then King could get a start there. The other question marks would be who partners Jamie Vardy up front. Beckford played well but didnt exactly nail the shirt down and with him playing 2 and no goals then Nugent could come back in and was Anthony Knockaert's cameo good enough to get the shirt off Lloyd Dyer? So here is what I would play

    Schmeichel

    De Laet
    Moore
    Morgan
    Konchesky

    Marshall
    Drinkwater
    James
    Dyer

    Vardy
    Beckford

    Subs

Logan, King, Danns, Knockaert, Schlupp, Waghorn, Nugent

I'd bring Nugent in, his pressing and finishing is vital for away games.

Possibly James will be swapped, Pearson said he wasn't 100% on Sat and did well to do 60 minutes, if hes no better, i'd like Danns to fill in.

I´d bring Nugent & Knockaert in, I´d love to see Knockaert getting a long run in the team. Having said that maybe it´s a little to soon for him as he may need more time to settle, but what I´ve seen of him he looks a hand full.

I must admit NP will find it hard to change a winning team so maybe it will stay the same.

Does anyone else think that bids will come in for JS in Dec ?

With us light on cover in defence I can't see Schlupp going as he can cover left back

Nothing rumour. John Percy said Higginbotham rejected the loan move because he wants a permanent move.

I think we will try and get a defender in on a month loan

I think Nigel sees Liam Moore as the 4th choice centre half now aswell as back up for right back

I don't see why this would stop us, i guess Pearson & Co don't see him ever being selected regularly above SStL and Whitbread to want to sign him on a permanent.

Depends how he plays, he could play himself as 2nd choice. Not likely, but say he plays 3 games, and all are clean sheets...

To be fair, if you're including Sunderland we have kept clean sheets in all 3 consecutive games in which Moore has played.

    I agree.

Currently I prefer Moore to SSL, i think hes quality.

Nuge helped see the game out with his running and the fact he always makes himself avalable.

I just wonder whether away from home we might play 4-2-3-1 with Nugent leading and Marshall behind.

How come no one wants our goalscorer in the team?

King was good when he came on on Sat - always positive and scored a class goal.

I just think we need James' or Danns' energy rather than King's goal threat.

If we need a goal then by all means bring him on.
