I find it hard to suggest the best team and formation to pick. Somehow the squad just doesn't seem to have the right balance or options. For example: Right side has been ****ed up by bringing in Dave whilst still having Elmo, then insisting that they both play in the same side Middle has been ****ed up by having both Huddlestone (a talented player but what's the point as nothing comes of anything) and Diame. And now we have to fit Maloney in somehow. Left continues to be an utter total mess. Up front we just don't have the right options. For example, nobody to give Abel the sort of partner that he needs. (as said in t'other thread, if we're relying on the totally unproven Diamande to do that, then I reckon we're ****ed). The balance is just all wrong, and Bruce continues to try to somehow accommodate certain players, whilst confusing everyone by playing Dave on the left and Clucas on the right. To be fair, we're not too bad in the centre of defence (ha ha, I wonder why; there's a surprise). Surely by now the team and formation should pretty much pick itself Yet week after week we hear Bruce and media 'experts' talking about finally finding the right mix. Bruce is the problem. It's his squad. Spent a fortune, wrong options, and no idea how to get the best out of the undoubted talent he has available to him. He lost the plot months ago. Give someone else a chance before it's too late. #BruceOut.
You can't keep calling for Bruce's head when we haven't been beaten! At least give the man a couple of defeats before you do that?
Nah, I definitely know more than my Mrs. What do you mean like the three games he has played in this season of which we have won two and drawn one? Most the rest of the time he has been injured, but we do look less stable in defence without him in the centre. How do you know nobody came in for him in the transfer window? Quite simply you don't.
he was puffing and wheezing against QPR, constantly out of position, he let Austin in to head the goal for the second season running - we all know no-one came in for him so don't be daft
There is plenty of time for Hayden to come good when injuries and suspensions start to bite, and they inevitably will.
I think you'll find that Davies was marking Austin. Bruce was marking the player with a bandage around his head. Had the fellow with the bandage not thrown himself down in front of Bruce, then he would have been able to do what he does best and recover the situation. See how much space Davies allows Austin? Criminally poor. But keep posting, you're making yourself look dim. This may help you. You don't even need to load the clip, you can see Davies standing directly in front of Austin. Bruce you can see marking the injured QPR player. If you edit your post now, I'm sure no one will notice
I will post what I like on this board negative or positive. If we continue to play **** football with arguably the best squad in the Championship then my feelings towards Bruce and the team will be negative.
This is true hut it is boring theres no getting away ftom it. This team CAN play a lot better than they are showing
You'd be ****ing negative if we won 5-0, you'd likely say we should've won 8-0 or something, so don't try that ****. We've lost 2 in 14. Stop acting like we've lost at least 10.
