ok didnt have the best game, but his been involved with every biuld up play this season that would usually lead to a goal, obviously chelsea last week, remember newcastle? unlucky not to score v blackburn and wigan. and remember what he did for us last season, still happy to pay good money to see him play.

come on you r'ssss and come on taarabt :afro:<peacedove><devil>

One goal is all he needs. Once he has that then his confidence will start to rise and we will get the benefits. However, I do think that maybe NW should be more selective in the games he picks AT for.

I thought he'd raise his game for today but the opposite happened. he made so many loose passes. we played better when he went off.

Players like AT are confidence players. remember Sir Les - we got him from Hayes, he struggled, them went out to Turkey for a year, then Gerry Francis gave him the number 9 shirt and his career took off. Not saying that AT should go to Turkey, just suggesting that:
    1) He has been given bad advice (as in a touch of the Anelkas)
    2) He needs a goal. Maybe he should hae taken the penalty against Ch3l5ea but that's in the past
    3) Maybe he eacts better to an arm round his should than a size 9 up his jacksie.

Bottom line is he wears a shirt I would love to have worn (if I was good enough). The boy will come good - he has he talent...he just needs to apply it. At some stage he will bang in three goals - mabe the singings of SWP and Barton have put his nose out of joint...but if I was him, I would watch and learn and prove that I am the main man

As much as I've been losing patience with his antics along with what seems the rest of the team I agree with Ninj that he needs that arm round his shoulder more than anything now.

If Warnock tells him that you're in for the next 5 games regardless. Find yourself some form and just relax on the pitch. And more than anything forget about that January move and focus on the club.

It's called man-management Northy!! Can't give all people the same treatment. Some need bollocking....some need loving. Pretty basic really and I don't understand why you don't get it?

Can't afford to have him in the tam for the next 5 matches on current form. Time for Warnock to put an arm around his shoulder and tell him that he will be given a break in order to find his form. He should be gently reintroduced from the bench for a number of games.

I get it, I'll pop down the training ground myself to give him a cuddle if it will help!

Not really the thing to say, as us 'doubters' want him to do well but get p'd when we spend lots of money and travel to games just to see him sulk and after that we read in the papers that he wants to join a bigger club every other week.
I want Adel to do well but after 10 games what has he done? (FA).
Agree i sang 'Taarabt's too good for you' in the Championship but don't now because i don't want to embarrass myself. Then he was at a level that he could shine and get away with things, sadly now he cannot and the last 10 games has proved that.

I hope he does make me 'eat my words' because if we go down because of him and his silly antics then we will all be for it, but i guess by then he would move on to a 'bigger club' and us true QPR people will be left to pick up the pieces.

Exactly. It doesn't help that NW keeps taking him off. If I had a player like Adel, I'd say that as long as you work hard in training and keep fit, you're playing the full 90 minutes no matter what happens.
