http://mobile.qpr.co.uk/news/article/shaun-wright-phillips-qpr-sunderland-chris-ramsey-2263244.aspx SWP says they put their bodies on the line...... Or at least on five foot of the line in his case.... Positive fighting stuff!
He is worth it Never moaned kept training He wasn't picked Scored against Chelsea away Great player Stuff the fickle
For once I actually sort of agree with you. He's not great though just not as bad as people make out.
Agreed. Could still do a job in the Championship. He played quite well at the start of last season before he was dropped. He was poor however the other night. The fact that he got 36 Caps for England shows how far England have dropped over the last two or three decades.
Really, a GREAT player ?? Great as in a very very good player ?? Charlie isnt great yet, Dunne no, Rob, no, but SWP is a GREAT player
Running up blind alleys, giving the ball away, couldn't hit a cross to save his life and £60k a week. What have I done wrong?...
What he says about the training and game plan is interesting, and echoes comments from Taarabt and Barton. Seems to have stepped up a lot, and I reckon Ramsay has made it clear that what he sees on the training pitch will be reflected in the team he puts out.
If he can in any way contribute to our team staying in the premier league this season he can takes his wages then leave
I agree and of course you are correct. However it's Ramsey not Ramsay please log in to view this image
But what we saw on the 'fooball' pitch was a cross that hits isla in the back (15 ft away in the opposite direction) and 2 throw in to sunderland players when there we 2 of ours open, and then the break away where he didn't know what to do and passed all the way back to Rio from where Fer or Tarrabt would have had a shot. I think in all the time he's been at the club, that's the first interview he's acknowledged the fans support of the squad. Some breakthrough for Shaun that.
'Body on the line' my ass ....................... he can't even change a frickin car tyre! I'm sure he wears long shorts to hide his skirt.
Whilst I haven't scored against Chelsea away, I am however prepared to never moan, keep training, but not get picked for £30,000 a week.
He does get back to defend and he can get in behind defenders.... Obviously he has not starred in Harry's eyes but he will be one to watch and see what Chris manages to get from him. I hope he scores 100 times and become s hero.
If you're referring to the break away near the end of the game, he did exactly the right thing. Against Southampton, Caulker didn't!! From the extended highlights I thought SWP played quite well.
