    I fear the game WAS there for the taking but we didn't take the chance. Can't imagine Arsenal being that poor in the second half.

    I agree. Gomis should have buried that 1 on 1.
    Either way, a huge, huge improvement in performance. Hopefully we can sustain it second half and push on for the 3 points.

    Great win for arsenal with their under strength side. Our defenders look tired especially Ash who is making far to many mistakes now but i wont blame him after playing every game and for wales without a break........A good first half by us but once arsenal scored the first goal you just felt they would score again and kill the game off and now with a 3rd its about damage limitation. Best side will win and no complaints here...

    86 minutes to sub Gomis? Really? Why why why does Monk continue to baffle with his pathetic attempt at substitutions? The fact that Gomis even started was annoying. That he played 86 minutes is just criminal. Eder must be so pissed off that he is currently playing second fiddle to this shower of **** we have up front.

    Last season I was not happy with the football but was happy with the results. I've stated numerous times that if the plan was for the results first, performances after then I can jump on board with it. Now we are getting neither. The performances have been average since Monk took over and now we don't have the results to fall back on. Norwich and Bournemouth next. Unless we get two convincing wins (not that its what we deserve mind) then I am going to be firmly camped in the Monk out brigade. This is not acceptable for a team that has been so good to watch for an entire generation.

    Not to worry , The villa win took the pressure off to get a win here.Like M says though , except I require 4 points from the next 2 games ,no 4 points and we need to look for a new manager

    A game of two halves we had two gets opportunities to score buy yet again we spurn them , I agree with e susbstitions , why when we're 3 down does Monk then decide to make the changes , 1 nil and we're still in it two nil no chance but bring on Eder at least to see what he can bring to the side ,Leon for 10 minutes ****ing clueless again .
