Bad day for Wolfsburg, tonked by Bayern and VW losing 30% of it's share price and facing an $18bn fine in the US. Not for long will the inhabitants of Wolfsburg have the highest per capita income in Germany. They must have the highest savings levels as well, as the town is a hideous, soulless and strangely threatening dump, nothing to spend your dosh on, except drugs presumably.
