I can see a few of the older members on here (myself included) needing pace makers and defibrillators if this keeps up.
This result must be a massive shot in the arm to the players, to score three goals when we were dead and buried with the vultures circling is no mean feat, PDC must be mightily relieved, at least he knows how to use his subs unlike MoN, some of the comments by the pundits when we were 0-2 on the BBC website were shocking, it will be interesting to see if they can now give him some credit for turning it round, I wont hold my breath.
I'd say so. Fulham at home was just one of those games. Take it on the chin and move on A very good point away at Southampton, a cup win, which despite some awful play we showed a lot of fight to come back and win. A win at Palace won't come easy so if we do manage to get the 3 points then we would have definitely had a good start to the season
Cest. I normally agree with you but... How come its the players to thank for winning but the manager to blame when we're losing??
What are the pundits going to say about Holloway, his team lost 1-2 and he made 11 changes from the weekend, and now Fulham are 1-2 down in extra time and Liverpool have let a 2 goal lead slip away, will Rodgers get pelted with sh1t as PDC does.... I doubt it.
This is why we love football and Sunderland. Tonights result will thoroughly galvanise the squad, tremendous fighting spirit. I always have a sense of something happening with PDC around.
