    On the Marc Guiu loan cancellation, anyone else heard that we receive the £5m loan fee back and a further £5m in compensation from Chelsea?

    It’s the same reason they’re always kitted out for the airports and when abroad. They’ll never admit it but it’s because they think people are going to admire them for supporting the Toon and almost congratulate them on it. The lack of self-awareness is on a different level.

    Wouldnt call 5m loan fee for a young player is standard, I would be surprised if we paid that

    All I remember seeing that it was straight loan full wages covered and assurances over game time or a fee would be incurred
