The transfer window seems to have quietened down for all teams, as they take stock of what they have and have left to do

Probably until next week when teams are both panic buying and selling - On that note I am glad we have done the bulk of our buying early on with just maybe 1 or 2 more to do and the fact our surplus players are on low wages will both help to shift them and not cripple us if they have to hang about

Come on man, you came on the thread specifically to pull someone up on what he'd already said was guesswork and not meant to be an accurate breakdown ...

... you just couldn't resist adding to the feeling that Leeds only seem to want to comment on our spending.

This is a transfer rumour thread yet you seem fixated on Sunderland's spending, not who we're buying.

The more you comment the worse you look tbh, just relax and forget about the money ... we'll handle that.

I think possibly from tomorrow/Friday, deals will be done quicker and at a higher price,

I am glad we have done most of business early, and not had 33349685 players reject us.

I still think we'd have a tough job as I said in an earlier post, as we'd lose so many players. But on the financial side we'd be absolutely fine

We would make a massive massive profit on rigg, ballard, hume, mayenda and thats without any of the new lads having a great season

also the likes of isidor stepping up

we will more absolutely more than fine and dont have a thing to worry about either way, we are in the best hands. The job theyve done after the mess donald left is scary, embarrassed i even doubted them at times!

I don’t know if they are making one but another Netflix Sunderland ‘til I die for these last few months and the upcoming season would probably be awesome.

If I was them I'd try for Watkins, an arsenal fan would probably be happy to share minutes and would ease pressure on Gyokeres

Their owners have no interest in football beyond what it can go for their image and their ego.

Just cannot comprehend how we got as lucky as we did with KLD.

I mean they can if they want the only one out there that hasn’t recently signed a contract and I could see Ballard getting a new contract soonish

Time is running out for Bologna and they know it …

… Sunderland will make a stand with this player in my opinion.

They could easily pay the extra money but I think they’re deliberately sending out a clear signal.
