yeh those wage numbers are purely Leverkusen fans speculating to save face as to why he'd want to leave

I'm not so sure... if its true that KLD himself was reported to have convinced Xhaka to move to Sunderland, then I think he REALLY wants this to happen..lets see

Agree. It would be total malpractice, these links coming from Germany are, in my opinion, fear mongering German fans about the financial might of the Premiership, they're vastly overestimating our capabilities.

I believe Bild for sure. I think its all the negotiation.

When I spelt out how I thought it would go on Tuesday I predicted we'd give them our "best offer" and then "walk away". That's what I think is happening here.

It's definitely a risk of course but I'm reassured we aren't just giving Leverkusen what they want

They usually report on stories that have a slight truth but are massive at fabricating / helping German clubs with negotiation

the whole Jobe saga is a perfect example it almost played out the same

KLD doesn’t want him to leave, We want 40, Dortmund want him for 20, oh look we met in the middle

BILD doing what they did with Jobe to Dortmund, I wouldn’t panic over it. I’m sure it wouldn’t have got this far along if both clubs were so dramatically far apart on valuation.

Just to clarify, if Liverpool end up with Isak and Ekitike have NUFC's owners still had Liverpool dancing to their tune with their 4D chess playing?
