    The French connection can favour us here, as well as that fact he isn’t already based in southern England.

    He was but they've moved on I believe, mosquera coming in instead because Alexsandro wants to be a first choice somewhere

    Would be a remarkable signing and maybe mean any further CB signing would be loan or experienced free. Would compliment Ballard, Seelt or O’Nien and make them better. Can’t see it though.

    French teams all struggling really, almost always looking to sell unless you're PSG.

    I suppose they think they can then rob a worse French team for their up coming talent - like Lille sell Alexsandro for 25 then buy Zeze for 20.

    That’s Lille blueprint isn’t it. Brilliant at dealing players.

    Feels like they losing some margin on those fees for those two though.

    If we get either one of those plus Cresswell then I’m happy with CB options. Alex being a lefty is massive appeal.

    Yeah Alexsandro has been my ideal for months, but I still don't think he's possible.

    Also no idea what foot is his string foot he's so .... Ambipedal? Is that the word.
