If we're looking at Morrison then I'd expect the club to build a bit of protection into the contract.

Was reading before that he has ADHD, explains alot of his early years of not being diagnosed until later in life and not getting the correct medication.

    Why mate?

Hes 20 and scored double figures in a struggling team in League One from attacking mid which suggests he has lots of potential. If he continues to develop that £1m could become £10m+ quite easily.

This is exactly the kind of signings I want to see us make because whilst they may not all work we'll definitely discover some that will. We've done the same with Matete, we've bought potential.

Would love Ballard but I hear he’s signed for Burnley

Naturally would, he can learn from a very decorated manager.

Not the case. A deal had been agreed but they’re going for other targets (McNally from Oxford)

Exactly mate, i wouldn't want us spending less than 1M on a league one player, our players were league one players 2 months ago out of the ones we want to keep not one would be valued less than 1M, so to improve on what we have I would expect to be paying a minimum of 1M unless they are on a free or loan, if not then the chances are they will not be an improvement on what we have

I heard that Burnley are signing CJ Egan-Riley from Man City instead of going for Ballard

Outstanding striker of the ball but I’m not entirely convinced for that fee for someone stepping up who’s all round play isn’t the greatest. Mind you that’s me who wants over 10 million for Neil so I’m a hypocrite.

Not to take away from 33 goal involvements because its clearly fantastic but he played as their second striker up with Parrott didn't he, I had him down as an attacking mid rather than a striker so it skews the output a little bit.

Yeah was kind of just off Parrott in the games I saw which is where he’s best because when he’s deeper he’s not the best which is the reason I wonder if he’ll step up against better defenders.

That wouldn’t be a surprise at all with Kompany in as manager now…

That probably explains his old mates description of him. They were in stir and thought he was the mad one.

Interesting. Him and Sanderson would be some pairing that would improve massively and probably turn us a huge profit in future.

I've heard a few people mention that they think AN doesn't really fancy Dan Neil.
I'm not so sure, I think he took him out the firing line as he was exhausted and AN had to develop a way of winning games on a weekly basis.
I think when he's had a full pre season with all the players he will have time to implement his style of football.
I maybe wrong but I honestly think this will be a huge season for Dan Neil and I think he will show exactly how good he is
