http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/27021805 Clearly a training ground bust up that may lead to Doug Loft leaving Vale when his contract expires, not too much of interest there but when reading up on the topic Doug is actually a Maidstone boy and it even says on his Wiki page (I know its not always reliable) that he attended Gills games when he was a kid! Would be a good signing to try and rebuild us in the summer! Anyone have any opinion? I just feel he's a player that I can see wanting to play for the club and his exit from Vale now seems inevitable. Wouldn't mind the manager to come down and all!
Whilsthe would be a good signing, not to mention a bit of creativity that we currently lack in our starting midfield I don't think he'd come. He has a young child, is the club captain and whilst he hasn't played recently, has been one of Vale's better players this season. Adams has already come out to say Loft is completely innocent of the bust up and Loft only went to Vale because of Adams. Now if you were to say that both Adams and Loft were heading to Medway, that would make more sense to me. BTW I am a Taylor stays kind of chap.
