Liverpool Manager Brendan Rodgers stressed yesterday in no uncertain terms: " Suarez is our Mess. We do not want anyone to interfere with us or to try to take him from us. He has been our Mess since the very start. Whilst many of you in the media and other clubs have not recognised that, I have since coming to the club. His behaviour has left me in no doubt. I have urged all the players around him to emulate him but he is only one who can truly be described as a Mess. Other clubs in England may think they have one but as long as I am here he will be the main Liverpool Mess and I will make sure that other players support him in such a role There are many indications that he deserve that title: his biting behaviour, his cheating incident at the World Cup, his incident with Evra, his constant diving and cheating (at least one in every match) which I have seen described as an addiction. I am sure that you all will now agree that he is deserving of the title: the Mess of the premiership.
