Sounds a great game......and strong midfield...new look, old faces. MM clearly going for this match, and quite right too!
Hyam in the thick of it too. Was very impressed by Bru when I saw him 2 weeks ago. And, hey look...no Skuse hmm!

We may not have a choice. Like you say, more revenue for us and another chance for some players to get game time. It puts a strain on our defenders and strikers though.

Yep, been a great work out for fresh legs, and v useful for MM and whole squad spirit, as well as giving honest game time as you say. Ambrose clearly growing in confidence, and gives us more options.

Thinking about it, Southampton would be more likely to rest key players in the replay because the game would be midweek, right between two big games for them. It may be an opportunity to progress.

San Diego, regarding Catalan independence, I think it would be rather preposterous if La Liga booted Barcelona and Espanyol out of the league, should Catalonia achieve independence. With regards to Barcelona, the Spanish league would suffer heavily without that prestigious club. Likewise, Barcelona will struggle to find revenue and competition in a Catalan league. I can see the Spanish government using an expulsion from professional Spanish football as a threat pre-referendum (if indeed it does actually happen), but I struggle to believe that they would actually go through with it.

Or they could not give a flying fig about Barca and be happy to see them go under. A new rivalry can always be made in La Liga. Nothing stays the same forever.

Good result against a strong Southampton side.
We'll even get to find out who our potential opponents in the fourth round could be and see if it's worth going for it or not.
    Well done lads <applause>

Lets put this into perspective. We just worked our socks for a draw against a team that beat Arsenal a few days ago...on their own turf!
