If you could pick a strike pairing from these which would you go for, only included those I've seen in the flesh and who I have thought the best if I have left a personal favourite out. Clarke...Jones...Jordan...Chapman...bridges...Smith...viduka...Wallace... hasselbaink...yeboah... My two would be Clarke,yeboah Clarke..predator, clinical and clever Yeboah..pace,power and poise.

I'd like to give a shout out to Jermaine Beckford. Not our best ever striker by any means, but certainly a very important one in our history. Jermaine came from non-league football and fired us to promotion from L1 as well as scoring that fantastic goal to beat the scum that will never be forgotten. Unfortunately he then left us due to Ken Bates losing the key to his war chest again and allowing his contract to run down when he should have broken the bank to keep him a year or two earlier. Not many have made the step up from L1 straight to the PL but Beckford did with some aplomb, scoring a magnificent goal running with the ball from his own half in his first season for Everton. Even though Jermaine moved many times during his career he's always been a Leeds legend and it's great to hear him talk so passionately about Leeds either at ER on match days or through his work in the media
