Pulis and Leeds: **** football + **** club Leeds playing like Stoke is the only way to make them more despised.
Pulis has done a great job, but he's reached the limit that he can do at Stoke City- a defeat in a cup final, a small run in Europe and midtable every season. He won't achieve much else whilst he's at Stoke and midtable in the premier league. They haven't got the money. That's what would happen with City if the roles were reveresed and we's gone up and stayed up all Stoke, and they'd done what we'd done. City fans will say they want all that now, but they'll be whinging non stop if it actually occured.
And once again he was whinging on last night about a decision which didn't go his way. Must get a bottle of bubbly for when he finally gets fired - i had to work with a Stoke fan and she was unbelievable also defending the thugs (including Shawcross - who should never have been allowed to play for England) and their old-style Wimbledon way of playing If Pulis had been appointed by us, would we have been happy with his plan A of football play (remembering he doesn't have a plan B). And just had a nasty thought - if he is fired, he'll end up at Blackburn (their board are as bad as Sunderland in terms of not knowing anything about football)
i'd love it if they go down... they're 7/1 to go down so unlikely but who knows. If they go down and we go up it'll be the happiest day of my life.
