I dont have a record. plead guilty in the back of the car. it gets fast tracked, they appreciate this and let you off with a fine a few months later, although I do have a fine which I refuse to pay which the deadline is up for today infact so I might have a record soon. doubt it very much though. cant see me going to court for non payment of a breach fine can you? But there's absolutely no evidence to suggest that was the case. It just sounds like your trying desperately to put some of the blame on him but you have zero evidence to back up your claims.
