I see the IRB have finally turned down his appeal to play for Scotland today. Question would be, do any Wales fans actually WANT him to play for them now even if he is eligible? Surely when someone tries to get themselves into another country's squad and only fails because of the rules rather than a lack of intent from the player you'd seriously have to question is desire to pull on another national shirt??!!
