Quality, not quantity. ‘I ain’t quite sure we bought the division,’ Cotterill added. ‘We pay all these over a period of time, over a couple of years. ‘We will still potentially need to up our budget from where we are [next season]. I wouldn’t mind betting that Preston have got a bigger budget than us. I’m not saying that to put any pressure on anybody, all I’m saying is that their squad’s bigger than ours and I know their players. Spooky . I was about to post the same link this morning but could not think of a title. I do not approve of some of SL's ways but there is no doubt he is our white knight. This summer's signings will say a lot about the next stage in our development.
Lansdown wrote off an eye-watering £35million worth of debt last year. Mr Lansdown hasn't done this. Debt has been re positioned from Bristol City Football Club Limited to Ashton Gate Limited, which are both part of Bristol City Holdings Limited.

Well we need a striker - a left sided centre half - a quality central midfield player Not as back-up but to improve the starting XI

Striker without question- harsh on Fielding after the season he has had, but a better back up keeper at least needed.- Defender as back up- Midfield CM. Squad we have had has been superb and cant be cast aside immediately, but I do agree squad is thin and needs strengthening to survive a a higher level
