    Here's some names for you.
    Arsene Wenger- Manager
    Pat Rice- Assistant Manager
    Gerry Peyton- Goalkeeping Coach
    Boro Primorac- First Team Coach
    Neil Banfield- Reserve Team Coach
    Tony Colbert- Fitness Coach
    Colin Lewin- Physiotherapist
    Gary O'Driscoll- Club Doctor
    David Wales- Assistant Physiotherapist
    Simon Harland- Assistant Physiotherapist
Kieran Hunt- Masseur (Guy who does the massages)
    Darren Page- Masseur
    Vic Akers- Kit Manager
    Paul Akers- Assistant Kit Manager
    Paul Johnson- Equipment Manager
    Tony Roberts- Academy Goalkeeping Coach
    Marcus Svensson- Assistant Fitness Coach
    Danny Flitter- Masseur
    James Collins- Performance Nutritionist
    Ben Knapper- Football Analyst

I don't know about you guys, but after Colin Lewin the names became unfamiliar. But these are all the people listed under the coaching section of the first team.

    To categorise this we have:
    2 managerial staff
    2 goalkeeping coaches
    1 first team coach
    1 reserve coach
    2 fitness coaches
    1 club doctor
    3 masseurs
    3 kit/equipment managers
    3 physiotherapists
    1 nutritionist
1 I don't even know what his job is. Does he watch MOTD and go "hmm, that was bad"?

It seems we have very little in the way of actual coaching of play. It's all fitness based.

I think you could get rid of half of those and not notice the difference.

WTF do we need an assistant kit manager? (Reminds me of a rhyme about a pheasant pluckers mate).

If we dont make the cl then alot of these will be shown the door to cut costs. Got to protect the profit margins after all....

I think it is time to fire Assistant kit manager and make players clean their own boots. Just like they do it in Dortmund.

    A defensive coach is needed.
and get rid of half the fitness coaches etc and replace them with ones that might actually help the players rather than stabbing them in the leg if their injured.
