Finally this season we have had some stability. Its no coincidence that the results have come with it. Sven offered no stability and the results didnt come

Some people need to remember this next time they want Nigels head

    Change rarely brings better fortune

    Consistent team selection aswell

Schmeichel, De Laet, Morgan, Konchesky, Drinkwater, Kong, Knockaert and Nugent have started near enough every game

Kong has been immense for us. The last thing opposition keepers want to see is Kong bearing down on them. The only problem I have with him is that he's a bit of an animal, but apart from that he's been a roaring success.

Pearson has actually done a really good job.

It's easy to say we've spent so much in the last two seasons that its inevitable we will come good eventually but the job Pearson had when he came in cant be underestimated.

We were inconsistent both in attack and defence. We couldn't string two wins together and no one really knew are strongest line up.

Our squad now seems well rounded and we now seem t have the consistency and confidence belief and fight to possibly get the promotion we've been after so badly.

    Here's to hopeing anyway

The "spine" of our team is excellent and with a settled defence pretty much and midfield and now Nuge and Wood up front with a strong bench, we just need to avoid any big injuries! fingers crossed
