Garcia said on twitter that he'd consider signing a new contract after he's recovered from his injury but nothing is for definite.
I got the impression from his twitter that he didn't think he was going to be offered anything new. He said something along the lines of 'The owners don't want to give me anything until I'm fit." Which in fairness is very sensible, as you never know how well a player will recover from an injury likes this. It's going to be a strange situation though, if he's not under a contract, anyone else could sign him at any time.
Yeah I read that one. I think he's in two minds whether he's going to get a new contract tbh. I can imagine that he'll be back off home if he doesn't get one here or a better one somewhere in England. Imo it IS about how he manages to get over the injury. He obviously brings something to the team or Pearson wouldn't have offered him one in the first place.
