Not seen anything official yet but from what's on Twitter it sounds similar to the Rome attack.

Not good... happens a lot when English fans go abroad... We've all had it from European fans... Hope they're alright <ok>

In future, we should try not to play any European teams whose name begins with an L. First Lazio, now Lyon...so best steer clear of Levante, Lorient and Livorno.

In future all legs of Spurs European matches should be played at the Lane. Bloody foreigners.

The assailants are thought to be right-wing extremists who had earlier attended a gathering in the city centre earlier on Thursday.

French Police on the ball as usual...no-one able to put 2 and 2 together there??? <doh>

French Police were apparently very quick on the scene and quelled the violence, before it got worse.
