    Morning all. I was just wondering if now was the time to change our walk out music. Now, O Fortuna is a good tune, problem is I can't hear it without thinking of the X Factor. Personally after watching the Euros, I think we should change it to this

    Hanging Escape would also be good, or we could just go old school with the Skids. Thoughts?

    Unfortunately yes. Personally I think it would be good to get rid of the berk who does the pre-match entertainment, and just have silence apart from the team announcement at five to three and let the crowd make the atmosphere. At least try it for one game. But hey, thats never going to happen, so if we have to have music at least make it something decent.

    I don't know if this new guy is worse than the old guy, they were both terrible. Thankfully sitting in Kingsland I can hardly hear a word he's saying.

    Not that I blame the guy himself of course, only doing his job.

    Farnborough had Palladio as the player's walked out, that was pretty good.

    And at Watford they had the Chariots of Fire theme by Vangelis as the players came out, that was pretty good and quite original too.

    Trouble is, half of the Northam won't be in their places when the team comes out, they'll still be drinking in the concourse or posturing outside in the carpark looking all "norty". So we run the risk of the only sound being the chinking of wine glasses from the many corporates who will infest their way back into SMS.

    I personally think the right music can have a very strong positive effect on the atmosphere, not just the 'walking out' song, but prior to that as well.
