I'm quite positive and certain we have scouts out in South America, but all I'm wondering about is why we haven't managed to unearth anything from there? At the moment they're producing some top quality strikers, like Cavani and Falcao, there's a lot of quality from South America, let's get a piece of the pie.
Because for clubs in England it's not easy to get work permits. Whereas in Italy,Spain and Portugal, they do not have this problem.
