My boyfriend, ER, has informed me that Scotland's first ever Soup Restaurant is opening up soon on Union Street. Hmm, somewhat intriguing one must say. I shall perhaps see oneself frequenting this eatery (or should that be drinkery) in the name of science and investigatative journalistic tendencies as is one's wont.
