    1. Wenger has been poor in the transfer market for several seasons - Squillaci, Silvestre, have been shocking...Chamakh and Arshavin have faded alarmingly and others have taken years to settle..Nasri, Helb and Flamini only to leave when they reach the level needed. And according to rumors we've lost out on several players that could have made a big difference (Alvarez, Mata) due to procrastination or being down right cheap!

    2. The leadership in our team has regressed...Adams to Veira to Henry to Gallas to Cesc and now RVP. With few other 'leaders' in the team the captian's role is even more important! Vermaelen and Sagna aside there are no real leaders in the rest of the team (Wilshere will soon at least)

    3. Our squad (right now) are far too young..Wenger isn't building anything if we keep taking several steps backwards waiting for younger guys to develop. It's unfair to for Wenger to throw so many youngster in all at the same time with few experienced players to learn for Ramsey, Frimpong, Gibbs, Lansbury, Chamberlain and Ryo

  2. I believe there could well be a further truth behind all these truths. That given in the link provided by fellow member EmirAleks.

Arsene's hands are tied. It is the board that should be facing these truths or preferably, the sack....
