I appreciate the cup and and 9th finish but believe our aim of becoming an established long term premier club was never going to happen under Laudrup. There is a better chance of this happening with someone who is here for the long haul.

Yeah I loves ML being here but we all knew it wouldnt be for too long and I think his agent was pushing for every big job that came up, can anyone tell me off their heads who are the agents for managers like Brendan Rogers, Jose or who Alex Ferguson's agent was as it seems odd to me that we all knew who's ML's agent was.

I'm very happy withthe squad and glad monk didn't bribg players in just for the sake of it. Go with what we've got, give some kids a chabce if required through injuries and if the right player becomes available in January then we can go in for them.

Ki's strength is not his tackling, but he was definitely putting his body on the line on Sat. Clearly he has a lot to learn in the finer art of tackling and is never going to be the consummate defensive midfield player, but if he develops that side of his game he is going to be a very potent midfield player. In fact, we are wasting his talents in the Leon role. When he pushed forward on Sat he has the ability to thread the needle with a pass and get into scoring positions as well as anybody. Ideally, Leon - Ki - Sig .... that would pose a challenge for any midfield.

New left back not needed! Taylor has said, "I still don't feel like I'm back at my best yet. I know that's going to be five or ten games in and then I'll feel like I'm really back, but it's so far, so good."

    I'm feeling better already. :D

Already posted the same Valley - how anyone can say Ki was anonymous v Baggies makes my jaw drop almost as much as "Sorry your Dane turned out to be a dud, there's another fact for you". Whilst everyone is entitled to an opinion sometimes you just have to say that some of our fans really are imbeciles. Harsh but true I'm afraid.

I think the window went pretty well for us. We have definately stregnthened certain areas of our squad. But, like a few others I think we are a little light in the middle of midfield (defensively) 1 0r 2 injuries like last year and we could be in the s**t, but am sure we will cope, we have to.

The one thing I dont get is that we failed to even get cover for our weakest position on the pitch and that is LB. I know Taylor says there is better things to come from him, but he has to say that doen't he. With a new signing there I think our squad would have been the strongest yet. So a little bit short sighted by GM in my opinion. Hope it is not GM looking after one of his buddies.

All in all a very good window though.

By the way I thought Ki had a great game against both Man Utd and WBA also in the first half against Burnley and everyone was ****e in the second. More than happy he has stayed.

Dont we have Taylor, Tiendalli and some youngster at left back. Maybe not the strongest in the league but I Think we would probably sell someone on if we wanted to upgrade. I did want us to upgrade there and Right back but im still happy enough with what we have.

We did sell someone, Ben Davies. Last year we had him wth taylor as cover this year we have taylor. I am just saying for me that is our weak point in our squad.

Happy with our start , disappointed at blunder after blunder from Febuary on . The sacking , the disrespect shown in the fifth round of the FA Cup , the split of team unity , whinging about spending big money on Bony , then spending 8 million on a defender , ripping off the dutch team for their sell on .points are great , reputtion is everything for the future and we lost quite a bit of what we built . Jenkins is in over his head trying to justify his actions since Febuary, simple

Starting in the European games but in the League.
May have come on asa sub for an injured Rose.
Vorm seems to be right out of the picture.

The squad was split under ML. As for justifying HJ actions, 3 wins from 3 or 7 wins from last 8 in all competitions.

Still don't know why you haven't banned the troll. Nobody would seriously be disappointed in the remarkable improvement since Monk was appointed unless they didn't support he club. Don't forget this guy had to change his name due to his views being slated as a troll bait.

split!!!! they were not a team as results showed. what a difference now under monk, there is no comparison. We certainly dodged a bullet there and had a lucky escape...<ok>
